When I decided to buy my first house, I had no real idea what kind of
house I was looking for or what location I wanted to live in. I called
on the first real estate agency I saw and luckily for me, CJ Zylstra was
on duty that day. From our initial meeting where CJ tried to get a feel
for what I was looking for, through to subsequent days and evenings,
house hunting, CJ always had my best interests to heart. We spent time in various locations throughout Toronto before settling on the Danforth
area. We saw upwards of 30 houses before we settled on the house I
eventually bought. Throughout the whole process, CJ gave me her honest
opinion on every property and every area we visited. In a sense, she
took the view that she was the buyer herself, which helped me make
decisions on potential properties I might otherwise have bought.
Beforehand, I had the impression real estate agents would try to
convince you to buy any house. This was not the case with CJ - her
honesty and professionalism was amazing. Throughout the whole process, I felt 100% confident she always had my best interests to heart.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a house or property to
work with CJ as she has made the whole process very smooth, enjoyable
and fun, but at the same time, she helped me find my perfect home.
